Terms of Service

1. The Service

VedicAstroPro generates a personalised Vedic (Jyotisha) birth chart, Dasa periods, yogas, predictions, and related content from birth details you provide, and offers optional PDF and printed hard-copy delivery of that report.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must sign in (via Google, email link, or SMS/WhatsApp OTP) to use the Software. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account; a parent or guardian may use the Software to generate a chart for a minor. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and sign-in access secure, and for the accuracy of the birth details you submit.

3. Pricing & Payment

Viewing your chart online is free. Downloading a PDF or ordering a printed hard copy are paid tiers, currently priced at ₹632 and ₹899 respectively. During the Beta period, these tiers can still be unlocked at no charge using a published coupon code, valid through the date shown in the app. Online payment is processed by Razorpay; your card, UPI, or bank details are handled by Razorpay directly and are never stored by us — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

4. Orders, Shipping & Refunds

• PDF downloads are delivered instantly and, being digital goods provided immediately on request, are non-refundable once generated.
• Hard-copy orders are prepared and mailed manually to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary. You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us; once an order has been printed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as it is a personalised item.
• If a hard copy arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate and make it right — reprint, replace, or refund, at our discretion.
• It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address; we are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address you supplied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Software for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false or someone else's birth details without a legitimate reason to do so;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Software or its underlying systems;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Software's output at scale without our written permission; or
• use automated means to create accounts or generate charts in bulk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, its design, and its underlying code and computations are owned by BPro Technologies. You retain ownership of the birth details you submit. The chart and report generated for you are yours to keep and use personally; you may not resell or commercially redistribute our report output without our written permission.

7. Beta Status & Changes

VedicAstroPro is offered as a Beta service. Features, pricing, and availability may change, be incomplete, or be withdrawn without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software, or request deletion of your account and data, at any time by contacting us.

9. Liability

Our liability to you is limited as set out in full in our Disclaimer, which applies to these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
